Age has been kind to me, but it’s been a lot of work and looking more younger than your actual age is tough. I’ve done all of the things I’m sharing with you today for years and I’ve completed these religiously. If you want to appear more youthful and feel better with aging it’s gonna take effort; I’m here to tell you. I’m 54 and will hit the big 55 in just a few short months. How did this happen to me? It seems I was just getting off the school bus and headed to work in the garden for my parents. Now that I’m middle-aged and time has flown so swiftly. Drink water

It’s no secret that drinking water is good for your skin but I’m living proof of just how good it is! Ha. I get up and have a huge glass of water each morning and it helps me start my day off just right.

Watch your diet

I do my best to add fruits and vegetables to my diet daily (remember the pintos). Lol The more all-natural foods I eat the better I feel and the easier to maintain my weight.

I love bananas, apples, oranges and most any fruit. I’ll typically get mixed vegetables and add some tomato to this with onions for a side for supper.
